The SADR Method™

Somatic Alchemy, Discovery, and Reconnection

The SADR Method™ is a trauma-integrated, body-led healing process designed to gently reconnect you with the wisdom of your nervous system, the truth of your lived experience, and the parts of you that may have been exiled, frozen, or fragmented through trauma.

Rooted in somatic attunement, parts work, and nervous system reconfiguration, SADR supports you in safely accessing and transforming held survival patterns, emotional imprints, and unconscious adaptive strategies. It’s not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about rediscovering and reconnecting to the intelligence underneath your responses and learning how to listen and witness them, so you can slowly guide yourself back to presence.

Each session is a co-creative space where your body leads and I follow. We work with what arises in the moment—sensations, images, movements, experiences—and track the somatic threads toward deeper integration. Whether it’s grief, rage, shame, or numbness, everything is welcome. Every part of you belongs.

Each session is unique with personalized music, but here is a general glimpse to the flow of the session:

🌀 Somatic Alchemy

  • Intuitive movement: dancing, stretching, shaking, rocking

  • Different breathing techniques to acknowledge survival responses and meet them with presence

🌾Discovery

  • Creative tools like freewriting, painting, drawing, or expressive play

  • Using everyday objects or elements in your space to engage inner parts and invite insight

🌊 Reconnection

  • Sound and specific healing frequencies (Hz) tailored to your process

  • Restorative receiving practices to help your body integrate and get reacquainted with wholeness and integration

SADR is especially supportive for those who:

  • Feel disconnected from their bodies or intuition

  • Have done years of talk therapy but still feel stuck

  • Live with chronic freeze, fatigue, or hypervigilance

  • Are neurodivergent or highly sensitive and crave deeper safety in their system

  • Are ready to meet their trauma not with analysis, but with presence

You don’t need to come prepared.

You don’t need to have the words.

All of you is welcome—just as you are.
